Why have you changed the Passport Club into the Taco Mac Brewniversity?
This program is specifically designed to enhance the customers’ experiences and enjoyment of the time and money they spend in Taco Mac. The satisfaction of our “Student Body was a priority from the first mention of these changes, all the way through the final stamp of approval. We wanted to be able to provide more & better rewards to our loyal patrons and make the club more interactive both in the store and while the customer is at home. The name change fits in with our plan to educate customers about beer along the way.

If I am already Member of the Passport Club, will my information be transferred and applicable with Taco Mac Brewniversity?
Yes. You may continue to rock the “retro card” without a problem. If you prefer to get the new card, that is not a problem.Just email your card number, and name to brewniversity@tappanstreet.com, and we will transfer your current credits and information over to the Brewniversity student ID and mail it out to you. BUT WAIT! Please be sure that all of your personal information is up to date in your online profile.

I lost my Brewniversity Student ID, how do I get a new one?
Please email your name and card number to brewniversity@tappanstreet.com and we will transfer your current credits and information over to a new card and mail it out to you. BUT WAIT! Please be sure that all of your personal information is up to date in your online profile.

How do I redeem my rewards?
You may redeem your Pledge Tee in Taco Mac at the time that you pass that milestone. All other rewards will be shipped directly to your home, per the info you have entered online. Your nameplate will be sent to the location that you have selected in your profile.

Ooops, I forgot to update my address, and I passed a level. How do I redeem my reward?
Your reward never went out. Please email brewniversity@tappanstreet.com, and we will check against our records, and mail to you with the next shipment.

How often do you ship out the rewards?  Twice a month

If I have the 125 sticker on my Student ID, does my server still have to swipe my card?
Yes. In order to obtain new credits, you must surrender your card to your server every time you visit Taco Mac.
